How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, prepared, shipped, and delivered.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, holidays, weather, and unexpected USPS delays.
How are orders shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated during checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, please use the Contact page before placing your order.
Please include the artwork or product you are interested in, along with your complete shipping location, so shipping availability, costs, and delivery options can be confirmed.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
How are prints and canvases packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping.
Artwork may be wrapped, reinforced, and placed in protective packaging appropriate for its size, material, and finish.
What does “1/1” mean?
A 1/1 artwork is a one-of-one original piece.
Each piece is individually created and will not be reproduced in the exact same form, making it completely unique.
DA Artworks offers both 1/1 painted prints and 1/1 canvases.
Will my artwork look exactly like the website image?
Every effort is made to display the artwork and merchandise as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, photography, and the handmade details of each artwork.
Because 1/1 pieces are created individually, natural variations and unique details are part of the artwork.
Are frames included?
Frames are only included when specifically stated in the product description.

Are the artworks signed?
Original artwork and select limited pieces may be signed by Devon Almarinez.
Please review the individual product description for signing, edition, and authenticity information.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are original, limited-edition, handmade, or prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and apparel sizing before completing your purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact DA Artworks within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping package
- A photo of the shipping label
- A brief description of the damage
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not qualify for a replacement or other resolution.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact USPS using your tracking number.
You may also contact DA Artworks for assistance reviewing the shipment.
DA Artworks is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS, packages stolen after delivery, or orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact DA Artworks as soon as possible after placing your order.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, preparation, or the shipping process.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please use the Contact page immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address may not be able to be changed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
How should I care for my artwork?
To help protect and preserve your artwork:
- Keep it away from direct sunlight for extended periods
- Avoid areas with excessive heat, humidity, or moisture
- Handle the artwork with clean, dry hands
- Use a soft, dry cloth for light dusting
- Do not use household cleaners, chemicals, or abrasive materials on the artwork
- Avoid placing heavy objects against the artwork
How do I choose the correct apparel size?
Please review the sizing information included on the individual product page before placing your order.
Because sizing may vary between products and manufacturers, it is recommended that you compare the listed measurements with an item you already own.
Do you offer custom artwork or commissions?
Custom artwork and commission opportunities may be available depending on Devon’s schedule and the scope of the project.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a commission will be accepted.
Can I use or reproduce the artwork I purchase?
Purchasing an original artwork, print, or product gives you ownership of the physical item only.
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and reproduction rights remain with Devon Almarinez unless a separate written licensing agreement is provided.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold as merchandise, used commercially, or distributed digitally without written permission.
